Issue description
When hovering over cargo ship modules in the build menu at the bottom of the screen, it does NOT display their electricity usage. It shows storage capacity, throughput, workers, and maintenance, but not electricity. This appears to affect all three types and all sizes.
Reproduction steps
Hover over any of the cargo modules in the build bar.
