Issue description
I'm still very early game but many of my pickups are sitting idle whilst the vehicle indicator says they are extremely busy. One example is the copper storage where I had to assign a truck so that it would actually take the copper to the electronics assembler that was just sat there idle, but I've lost a crop of saplings because they aren't delivering water and constructions have had to be completed with unity as the parts are fine but the pickups are just hanging about.
Reproduction steps
It seemed to start when I set an export route for a coal mining tower to take coal further away, whilst another takes it closer plus moving a waste pile and telling the truck to dump in the burner or sorter. That might be unrelated but the pickups are in a total mess now and I can't see how it can be something I have specifically done wrong. I've spent about half an hour looking at various options but I can't assign trucks to each storage just so they do one job, they've been doing it all fine previously.
