Issue description
Hello,
I have created a mine control tower in which i have selected to accept only dirt can be dumped in this area.
I have edited an area to dump dirt and then marked a dumping designation,. I was expecting the area to be filled with dirt but instead the trucks dropped rock.
It is the first time i have this situation.
