Issue description
Your train network needs a complete overhaul. Bugs have been piling up lately. The latest one I'm experiencing is that suddenly some stations aren't receiving deliveries. The loading stations' warehouses are full, while the unloading stations' are empty. Despite this, the trains are just sitting around doing nothing at the waiting stations. The problem is that the deliveries were working fine at first, and then all of a sudden they stopped.
Reproduction steps
Be happy because everything is working well.
Fall asleep because you're waiting for a specific delivery.
Wake up to a bell because a warehouse is empty.
Check and be amazed because the train drivers are on strike.
Curse the game because you have to load an old save again and rebuild everything.
Go back to step 1.
