Flipped Diesel Generator II Doesn't Flip Static/Animated Light Textures

I noticed this after placing a flipped and not Diesel Generator II next to each other. The left Diesel generator II has the correct glint of sunlight on its fan hub, but the right Diesel generator II animated sunlight glint texture on its fan hub seems to be rotating in the opposite direction of the fan itself.

The opposite side of the fan is also shaded.

Well, that .webp file was supposed to be animated but I guess not now that it uploaded. I've attached the original animated .webp to this comment.

I guess that didn't work either. last try, zipped up and attached the original .mp4 clip.
