It wasn't easy to find a decent angle for that image, and I'm still absolutely not certain that I did.
Simply put, I seek to rotate a Stacker Tower in place- via the Quick Replace function available on so many other structures, rather than demolish-and-rebuild that's actually available on Stacker Towers. Don't mind that the arm is already pointing in my target position- that's because I just demolished all (but one, visible) of the extensions, with this rotation in mind. You can also see some of the other belts set around with intent to feed more stacker towers- I'm using the Towers to accelerate the filling of a large mine excavation, and an army of 8 towers is...

The first one- which I want to rotate- was assigned to create the platform that the rest will sit on.
So can we get a Stacker Tower quick-replace? Even if we must demolish all the extensions first.
