Truck has nowhere to dump cargo and is low on fuel. There is fuel at the shipyard, but the truck has no path to get there. The truck shows cargo boxes icon (can't dump, which is true), but a global alert pops up stating "Not enough fuel to refuel a vehicle." This is confusing because there is fuel at the shipyard. Clicking on the alert doesn't zoom into the truck, and the truck doesn't show a fuel icon. It's therefore very difficult to identify the reason for the alert.
Suggested behavior: (1) Alert states truck cannot reach fuel, or truck cannot reach destination, rather than not enough fuel. (2) Truck displays icon matching the alert icon (red fuel pump instead of orange boxes). (3) Clicking the alert zooms in on the source(s) of the alert (cycling among multiple).
