Truck trying to refuel at unbuilt fuel station (Hydrogen)

Maybe it's assigned to the station? When copying a station which has trucks assigned, the copied station will have the same amount of trucks assigned to it, and the assigned trucks will just stand around and wait near the station even if it's unbuilt

It isn't assigned to that station, it had no assignments at all

I think I copy/pasted it from one that had a truck assigned. I "may" have missed the assignment on the truck info but I can't be sure

From our internal investigation, we concluded that this was most likely an assigned truck waiting for the station to be completed (for example, when you copy-paste an entity, it will carry over the assignment settings).
