Access to the seas issues

Upon access to the seas being blocked , it seems if you hit it a couple times the boat can move despite the dock saying access to the seas is blocked. It is a really annoying bug as it stays in the game, I would suggest moving this mechanic entirely as it barely changes the outcome of the game mode since you are always gaining unity

Selecting that option doesn't do a logical re-check, but actually tries to clear some land.
After a piece of land is removed and landslide/settling, you pressing it again tries to remove a little bit more.

When the ship can move/come back, does the alert go away?

No it doesn’t , it persists
