Can't Create a COI Community Account

So I'm trying to make an account for the Captain of industry community hub. But the Create button right under where you type in your email address doesn othing. What do I do?

If I should post this bug somewhere else plase share.

Figured out the Bug. It has to do with the Firefox browser.
For some reason Firefox stops the log in button and create account Create button to do literally nothing.
Not sure why.
