I have done some testing and I dumped 20 waste and mined up 21. Later dumped 20 Slag and mined up 23. Not sure if this is related to the mining bonus percentage setting or not. Feels like this could be exploitable with valuable loose resources.
Dumped products sometimes produce more when mined.

I have seen this, too. Would be nice if this could be corrected.
I doubt it's worth trying to exploit that, though. Even if fuel and people are considered for free, there is vehicle maintenance.
