Ship is not load.

Our ship is at the dock at the shipyard. But the loading of stock required to repair a cargo ship never happened. We are blocked. So impossible to fix cargo ships. Then no oil for energy.

Care to share your save or at least some pictures?

I have 3 cargo ships but I cant fix any of them if I cant load the required stock on my ship. Its very strange because I fix one of my 2 oil platforms without trouble. But not the cargo ships.

Well first step put a crew on your ship

If that doesnt work let me know, I will look further.

I had crew on my ship and it was the same thing. I tried with and without the crew on board.

Ok, well that is because you are trying to visit the wrong ship.

I tried with each ship.

The first one I tried is the one on the right but after that I cancelled that ship and take the closest one. But its was the samething. My ship cant be load.

I put a storage close to dock at the end but not work.

And also its not possible to link a storage with the dock using the logistic network.

I build a dock for the cargo ship during the time my ship was suppose to load. But after that I saw my ship who is suppose to be load but its still unload.

Please add another storage to the front with truck exports enabled but no custom routes.

They will take a few mins as you have some issues with trucks and logistics but they will fill that ship after a few mins and then you can take the ship once full to the ship you need to repair.

I did it with a medium storge with 360 iron on it. Not working. I check and tried everything. But nothing work. Even after 20-30 minutes. I konw it because it take only few minutes to load the ship. I saw it when I load my ship to fix one of the oil platform. What its strange I can fix oil platform but not the cargo ships. I dont know why.

Mabbe did you try exactly as I have suggested? I can't explain further why on your save and my instructions that I am able to fill the ship and fix the new ship.

Yes. Then because nothing work I report that issue.

Step 1 order materials the ship on the map.
Step 2 tell shipyard to load ship.
Step 3 make sure that there is a storage on the island that is free to collect from with those materials.
If you do these in order, trucks will collect the materials and deliver them to the shipyard and put them on the ship.
Then you can load a crew and Deliver to the damaged cargo ship.

Maybe you missed Step 2.
You click on the shipyard rather than the ship to order the materials to be delivered.
