Notification keeps popping

The notification "Basic distiller needs a transport to output Exhaust" keeps popping on screen every few seconds despite me building the smokestack. I can't get the notif to stop popping up.

it so far has stacked 95 times...

I've seen this also.

I am having this happen with "Machine is broken as it lacks maintenance" despite being at 100%. Seems somethings going on with notifications from already-resolved things even if using "dismiss all"
