Not sure I follow, can you MSPaint this image to highlight what you're talking about?

are you meaning that the "bar" on the labels for those items isn't centered above their icon? If so, I'm pretty sure that is intentional to indicate that it will fill up to that point, or reduce to below that point, etc.
hrm, sorry, but it doesn't help me, maybe it will help the devs though. I was thinking you wanted something like this screenshot, vs your original

I was able to reproduce it by me. Here I'm moving the blue slider. But cursor is not on the slider while moving

Looks like the "offset" is the same for all sliders: cursor goes to the right side, while for the blue slider it should have gone left instead

the cursor is offset from the slider icon, I think that's what he said, my game has this problem too
i'm hoping that this gets fixed in the next up date but at least it's not game breaking

Sorry, so the cursor is moving more than the slider? IE you move the slider to the right, but the cursor moves even further to the right? (Since the cursor would begin on the slider for you to be able to click it)
I think its just a dead zone, IE the cursor can start at A and move to E, but the notches for the slider are at B, C, and D, where D is just before the cursor and E is if you move the cursor a lilttle further right. I'll try to record shortly.
It had similar behavior before iirc, but perhaps it wasn't as noticeable
example GIF of what I'm talking about which shows sometimes the cursor can move off the indicator that you are dragging.

with green slider it is OK. Try the same with blue one - then there will be wrong offset

Gotcha. I see what you mean now. Red/Export and Green/Import seem fine, its just the Blue/Belt. Sorry, I took the original statement too generally. I'm curious what technically is causing it, but yeah, at least I understand now. Thanks and sorry.
Same here and some cursor pop ups of center too
