Pipe balancer not delivering the full input when two different types of fluids attached as input.
test case:
use a balancer which has as input heavy oil and light oil.
Both inputs have pipe level 2 with 3 speed and 200 throughput.
The output is a pipe level 2 with 3 speed and 200 throughput.
Make the output pipe long to see the issue.
Actual:
the pipe gets only filled by 1 or 2 liters of light or heavy oil. Then it switches to the other or sometimes even stays at that rate.
Excepted:
The output pipe gets filled with one of the available sources A or B in full.
