Error deleting fluid cargo: area designations that are not equal references h

I was deleting fluid cargo modules and the cargo station and a number of pipes because I wanted to move the cargo dept and I got this error.

I tried reproducing it a few times and couldn't, but one thing I do notice is that instead of instantly deconstructing, it says still unloading cargo and won't let me deconstruct, so, I don't know why it went and immediately deconstructed.

I tried reloading the save and the error is persistent.

Although it's posssible that the cargo station has nothing to do with it? Seems like it shouldn't have deconstructed in the first place.
