Diesel Generator consumes full amount of Maintenance when idle

This is an outlier from other machines, which appear to consume 1/5 of their peak demand during downtime. This is also especailly weird for something that is meant to be used as backup power where downtime is expected to be the norm and uptime the exception. This also appears to be causing a large strain on my Maintenance supply in the early game, which may or may not be intended.

Same for electric boilers, stuck at 9MW and the output pipe is idle

@deagato [discord] Well that just makes it even more likely to be unintended, since all 3 things here are meant to be used to backup/surplus consumption - applications where downtime is the norm not the exception. @McRib Can you put a pin on this for them?

Some buildings consume maintances/unity even when idle. If that is intentioned i do not know but labs for example do that too they consume unity even if no lab equipment is here. Only turning them off remove that.

Yes, but nearly all buildings/vehicles that consume Maintenance consume only 20% of their max consumption when idle, yet these are consuming the full amount. There could be exceptions, but these should be the last buildings they would want to make into exceptions given their likely use cases.

I mean stuff like Data Centers always consume the full amount, but that's because the logic for whether they are "idle" or not is not as clear since they can be utilized partially, instead of either fully or not at all.

But the same complications are not present with those buildings, and there's also no balance reason to make them exceptions - in fact, balance would favor keeping them in line.

@McRib Nevermind, it has already been fixed, at least for small Diesel Generator. Seriously these are W devs 👍
