Mousing over research notification items with no Proto owner shows wrong text

As shown in the image, and described in the title. -Trains Polution node shown in the image, but seems like icons with no proto owners in the research node will just show whatever text was used in the previous notification (i assume this has to do with pooling the message displays)

yup, that's probably the same issue

We are struggling to repro this, does it happen all the time or just sometimes?

Can't test out in game atm, but in theory this should work:

1. Make sure there's no recent completed research notifications
2. Unlock a node that researches a new machine or product
3. Close the completed research notification
4. Unlock an incremental node that has an icon. Mouse over the icon on the completed research notification
