Weird bug with world map and oil rig.

This is abit weird, so going to explain the steps to reproduce it.

So step 1 you click oil rig on the world map and its production is set to max.

Step 2 click on quartz mine that is only on half production.

Step 3 click on oil rig and it resets the production to half instead.

I have included 3 screenshots.

included a save as well. this is repeatable

Also worth noting, if you click in a different order, or use the x or escape it doesn't occur.

Have this as well. Thankfully it produces the correct amount, it's just an UI bug.
