Belt/pipe output limiter fully right cannot work if output when full is intended

Given that with the way you'd expect it to work, putting the blue tab all the right doesn't output to full, and if the intended function all the way to the right is to output when full, it'll never happen because it can't go past the maximum number.

(ignore the storage alert, thats just because I had drained that tank to test this).

I don't want this to be changed as this allows to
(relatively) quickly upgrade ter II storage arrays to tier III.

You can use this to stop the newly placed tier III storages,
to not output down the chain of the tier II-s,
allowing them to be emptied / shuffled by trucks,
while you're using unity to quick deconstruct & build them.

Also I'm pretty sure that this is intended, as this is
a "output if above" & not "output if above or equal to" setting.

The thing is though that it'll never readh +1 of it's max storage because it's not possible.

Well, if anything, it coild use clarification.

I think this is working as intended - consider this: the setting causes the storage to lock the output of material due to the max capacity therefor nothing leaves the storage. so it's like saying "don't allow any product to leave the storage on belts"

this is the opposite of all the way to the left that means "as soon as there is product in the storage it can be output"

the title is misleading - it should be something like "tool tip for output limiter is misleading when the limiter is set to the right edge", since you're expecting the output to flow only when the storage is full of product, if I understand you correctly

Ps - I still use the old way of pausing the output belt because I didn't think of this... 😄

This works as intended, storages are not expected to push any extras through them and adding such functionality would be complex.

Allright then, just confusion as to the intended behavior.
