It can legitimately happen if, for example, truck delivers material from deconstruction or from storage, which will be deconstructed. Mb there are another such cases.

OK. So, partial load from a storage to another storage only when the source storage is being deconstructed. In non-deconstruction case, full load storage to storage. Correct?
