Can't connect curve-ramp rail type B to straight-ramp rail

It looks like it should be, but can't.

I want to connect two curve-ramps with a straight rail

direction related ?

Railroad direction is irrelevant

More precisely, can't connect straight rail in the diagonal direction of a curve-ramp rail

I meant the driving direction. but as I don't have experience with trains yet, I'm just gonna lurk here to see if and how it's resolved 🙂
