"Accept assigned only" mining tower problem

Trucks ignore the accept assigned only for mining towers when they're dumping at them. Extremely annoying

Bumping this up again also referencing my github issue:

@Captain Filip @Captain Marek Sorry for the ping but I think it is a major functionality in logistics and it is really frustrating if it's not working as intended. The most problematic issue is that depending on how you play the dumping trucks drive really long ways which defeats the purpose with local dumping zones, etc.

Ah, I see now. The dumping filter for that tower is empty, hence it should not affect the dumping configuration for those products.

Looking into your save file and I don't see any issue there. Two towers manage your dumping designations, while one allows non-assigned input, which overrides the other one. If you set your mining tower that is actually used for mining to not cover the dumping designations, it will work as you expect.

just to be sure: the issue is that I have set up a "mining" tower and a "dumping" tower and set an import/export route. The dumping tower allows dumping for dirt and rock. the assigned trucks from the mining tower do dump their content at the dumping tower just fine.
BUT: unassigned trucks also dump material at this dumping station even though it is marked as "Accept assigned only" which from my understanding should block any other trucks from dumping there.
