Elevated Balancers loss height setting if moved or copied.

Moving balancers that are already elevated loss the elevation and revert to ground level. In addition, if you have previously set a height on a balancer, then select a union, the union is set to the same height as the last balancer. Separately, lifts inherent the height of balancers if balancer is last pasted. These behaviors are not consistent. Preferred mode is like U2 where moving/copying a balancer keeps the same height.
