Rocket launch pad stuck, don't accept new rockets and also cant be destroyed.

i have had that bug in u2 as well

You sort of get the same issue, if a rocket is on the pad, ready to go, but no request for it to go.

you can get that issue with weird combinations of pausing the rocket and pad. the rocket will not launch.

the only way to fix it is to dig under the building and do a new one

We need a way to force the rocket recovery, to prevent deadlocks.

well really whats needed is just a way of stopping the rockets from getting into the weird paused state
