Me and few other players like Thewhitesage having the same issue. Truck dont delivering what we need to build what we need. Whitesage case is pipes and belts. In my case is the shipyard. We standing by at least 30 minutes real times and no trucks came. We have all we need to build those things. But trucks dont do there job. See question help channel at 3:25 today.
