It might be a rounding thing, like you see on some of the contracts.

i think the difference comes from computing, the focus generated in your picture is 1000x1,2x1,04 but the limit is 1000x1,2+1000x1,04, so the limit ignores the boost from computing

for me it seems to be the same, since i have 1540/1560

Yep I can confirm this also. Limit is calculated from basic limit not from boosted limit. I quess the math behind this is:
Base output + computing boost + base output*(1+tech bonus).
It should be:
(Base output + computing boost)*(1+Tech bonus)
