Belt magically disappears. Video and game save are attached.

1. Watch the video to see the belt I am adding in the plan mode near the main shipyard.
2. Load the attached save file.
3. Try to place the same ghost belt and watch how a segment of the west-east constructed belt disappears.

No mods. Game version is 0.7.5 (b446) experimental.

That being said I have no idea if the devs preffer having bugs,
that can also happen on the stable release not being added there or not.
