Messages and Alerts Boxes too small

At least one line should fully fit!?
I have pinned all four message boxes: goals, messages, alerts, research
Pics are UI-Scale 100%, normal and large text.

This seems to be an issue when empty ("No new messages") or showing a one-liner.

Can do even smaller.

I keep them open until I build them first time, so I do not forget about them.

I’ve had that happen with all of the notification windows open.

I was just coming here to report this as well - the last update brought this - I usually have only the "alerts" window open, but if I add the "completed research" window it shrinks the "alerts" window to less then one line with the scroll bars (which is an irony considering it's useless)

for completeness I'm sharing my Video settings - I think it's important for the devs to know in graphics settings are there when it happens

@RealisticOptimist - I think you and anyone else getting this issue should share your video settings as well

Unfortunately, I don't have any messages/alerts in them right now. Though you can see slight overlap with the unity icon and the power bar.
