Mega haul truck assigned to a stroage unit attempts to deconstruct rails

As shown in picture, the truck assigned to a iron ore storage is trying to remove gravel from rail deconstrution, and it did. wierd...

If they’re idle, I believe they still assist with construction/deconstruction?

I don't seem to be able to reproduce it, does anyone have a save file ideally before such a truck gets assigned with that job?

and it seems to be related with main dock.
functions normal when limited transport route using logistic zones.
