When finished researching Rotary Kiln (GAS) it unlocks Aluminum tab in Smelting but aluminum smelting isnt available until much later

Going to add some related bugs to here.
If you select arc furnace, go into the silicon or aluminum tabs, and change it from arc to blast, it disappears?
Also, chemical plant and rotary kilns do not appear in the smelting tabs they are in (such as aluminum) unless you select gas kiln and chemical plant 2.
