Probably low priority to fix and maybe not fix at all since trucks are allowed to clip
Cargo ship can clip into other cargo ship if they depart at the same time

Always been like this. Same as trucks and excavators ...
Of course it would be nice if it were different, but then you get all kind of practical issues like dead locks.
