Blueprinted buildings have wrong output buffer with truck export and a transport

If you place a blueprint or copied selection containing a building set to allow truck export, it won't keep the extra output buffer if the blueprint also contains a transport connected to the output. Toggling truck export after placement returns the output buffer to the larger size. This isn't normally a big deal, but it matters specifically with Nuclear Reprocessing Plants where I make a blueprint with a conveyor connected but sometimes want to pause that and have trucks move the waste.

Reproduction steps:

  • Place an Assembly and set the recipe to Construction Parts.
  • Set it to allow truck export.
  • Check how many items fit in the output (40).
  • Copy and paste the Assembly with no connected conveyor and check again (still 40).
  • Connect a conveyor to the output and check again (still 40).
  • Copy and paste the Assembly and conveyor together and check again (now it's 8).
  • Cycle through the truck export modes on the copy and see that the output capacity goes back to 40 when enabled.

This looks very much like a bug that has been haunting me at least since U2 already.

Yes, looks the same. One of those that really need to be fixed, but got lost in the chaos.

Confirmed, still an issue. The left Assembly was copied without the belt (and the belt segment subsequently added). Then both the assembly and the belt segment was copied together to become the right Assembly. The right machine then (incorrectly) thinks it has already exported to belt and consequently changes its internal buffer to small.

=> if the belt is now paused, this machine will get stuck and never export to trucks, because 16 is less than a full pickup.
