This has a couple bugs in the tracker that are partial matches, but its simple and to the point, when you have an ultrawide monitor, 21:9 or wider, the storage building level sliders have a little quirk. After you click on them you have to drag them off to the right of the correct position in order to get place them at the desired level.
Storage sliders are offset when dragging in windowed mode on ultrawide monitors
