Irrigated farms are capitalized (game-breaking)

The irrigated farm is the only building with multiple words in it that has all words capitalized. Since this is clearly game-breaking and 'literally unplayable', I think our two options are as follows:

1. Remove the irrigated farm from the game and make the populace suffer hunger for allowing such a serious oversight to occur
2. Decapitalize the word 'farm' in the name

One of these options is much more fun, and the other involves changing the text in the UI. However, I'm not a game developer so I'll leave it up to the boys at MaFi to make this determination.
