Problem : excavator in a logistics zone cannot fuel itself from a fuel storage if a fuel station is active anywhere on the map.
Setup:
- active fuel station in default Zone
- mining tower with an excavator in a separate Zone_1
- a full diesel storage is near the tower and is accessible to the excavator.
Expected: Fuel station will not fuel the excavator, the excavator will fuel itself from a nearby fuel storage.
Actual: Fuel station does not fuel the excavator BUT excavator DOES NOT fuel itself either, just standing there with the no fuel icon.
If I pause the fuel station, the excavator refuels itself from the storage just fine
