Station Parts tilt when on belt.

Station Parts will tilt slightly when traveling on a belt incline. By appearance, it looks like they are tilting for the incline on the wrong axis. This also happens with Space Probes.

I think that it happens on both the release build & the experimental one.
Happens on normal release: Station Parts tilt when on belt.
Happens on experimental release: Station Parts tilt when on belt.
