a tool tip in the "food in settlement" table is strongly misleading

in the first picture picture you can see the tool tip when hovering over the info icon next to the food consumption of a settlement. the tool tip states, this is the maximum consumption if no other food was available.

while this would be absolutely amazing to have in the game (and quite frankly the display of food needs really needs an overhaul and even more so a calculator built in where you can simulate what food you provide and how the consumption numbers change) it is absolutely not true and even more so the tool tip is in my opinion critically misleading.

as you can see in picture two where I paused the food market with potato, in fact, it displays the current consumption. if I had to choose between the two options (total consumption if nothing else preset VS current consumption) I definitely prefer the current way.

but yea, this screen - while it is a lot lot lot better than it was in V2 - needs some serious love. I really like the system how food is handled, how you can supply more from one type and it goes down with diminishing returns while you can save on a lot of food when providing a different category. I am a big fan of it not just being straight forward but needs some thinking. but how it is displayed right now is not interesting - it's tedious to decipher. I think I should make an additional post with some thoughts I have on how I would like the display to be.

Looks to me like the right-hand number in each pair is what the tool tip is talking about, while the left hand number of the current monthly demand. This should definitely be made clearer.

you are right - the second number is the consumption without modifications. I must admit, this did not register with me. my bad! I did some checking with my sheet and in deed the number align - within rounding error margin.

thy my statement is still true. it does not explain properly what is going on. on top, I noticed it also says it's displayed by /60. I think this was why I straight up missed the second number so critically. for me it was just some number displayed due to the /60 conversion.
also my statement remains true as even though I did pause potatoes and the value for corn was re-evaluated it is still displaying the consumption of potato as it was before I paused it.

as a side note: does this mean, as long as you supply any food(type) once, the actual consumption is displayed forever? this would be a nice workaround! I have to investigate this
