It appears you're tying to mine from above current ground level. try mining flat with the ground OR provide a ramp.

when in fact they don't, they should, and in my case do, provide a warning, both in alerts and on themselves.
If in fact you find that to not be the case, let us know.
Yes. They have been running on that place since hours until I understood why. They never showed something like "cant find destination". They kept trying and trying, like you can see on the clip.
