dumping next to wall

Dumping next to walls seems to be a bit bugged?
It's possible to fix by digging it back up and dumping again sometimes even multiple times but it tends to really frustrating

noticed that too, sometimes just single small tiles get ignored

in addition to that, it also seems to think it could dump directly next to a wall - regardless of the height difference - causing trucks to not being able to find a path
