Silicon tab: Crusher and Mixer not needed

To my knowledge, Mixer and Crusher is not needed for Silicon, so they can be removed from the tab.

I would propose adding the Chemical Plant instead, since it's required for Graphite, whether made from Coal or CO₂

Crusher is to turn quartz into sand.

That depends on the map, you could argue.

Crusher can stay, I don't have a problem with it. But the Mixer is redundant, right?

I can't see a use for it in the silicon chain.
Could be a confusion between silicon and glass at some point?
