I was playing Captain of Industry on Geforce Now and created a bunch of blueprints that were gone when I later went to play on my PC. I fear that the blueprints might not be saving to cloud storage the way the game saves do.

yap, blueprints are not saves, they are just regular files in OS. So, if possible, try to find them on your Geforce Now acc and download

GFN can not store game data thats not a direct save. install the game on your local device for that
