Stacker Tower doesn't flatten the ground

Not sure if it's an issue or an intended behavior, but stacker towers doesn't flatten the ground before moving forward, so a terraforming dump is needed

It's as intended. The stacker can't make it perfect. But a pickup will fill in those holes easily.

But in promo it looks like it should. Is the promo misleading or is it a bug?

I mean, just check the only tag that this thread has right now.
Only the Captains can set that one (as far as I'm aware).

The trained eye noticed that, of course, and I thought it was cool that you still have to do the finisher. Automatic, easy refilling, sure, but not having to do anything at all would have seemed too easy to me. It's fantastic to have this stacker. They could leave the old one in the game for all I care, unless it's using a lot of pc power then no.
