UI thinks trucks are "extremely busy" when they aren't (likely the truck filter)

this is a minor issue

I wanted to use the new truck filter to make T2 trucks only handle unit jobs, leaving loose & fluid jobs to the more-efficient T3 trucks.

There is no way to directly apply a zone-wide policy that achieves this, so I simply banned T2 trucks from taking all general deliveries, then waited for my Unit Storages to give off alerts so I can change their filter one by one to allow T2 trucks to service them.

It appears I have discovered that whatever logic used to calculate the "busy level" is not working correctly with the new truck filter. It must be counting jobs that are temporarily impossible (because all trucks that can service them are banned) as "queued jobs" or something. You can see in the screenshot that I am getting the red "extremely busy" status, but my trucks are all free.

Also, it would be nice if we would have a way to tell,
exactly which building or zone the "busy" vehicles belong.

Because if any one vehicle zone is overloaded, this UI element also says
that they're busy, but you have no idea just which ones are the "busy" ones.
