observed:
The alert for "[vehicle] struggling to find a destination it can reach" can be muted directly but comes back up as soon as that particular vehicle is complaining again.
expected:
the alert can be hidden and stays hidden without repeating itself and generating an alert pop-up every minute.
assumptions:
it seems the alert for the same vehicle is generated new every time the vehicle's status is checked - and a new alert msg is generated with it if the vehicle is (still) in the situation the previous alert was generated for (i.e. struggling to find a place to go). I understand how it might be working that way in the code and I hope the fix is as easy as looking back if that alert was already given and is "queued" and keep it muted, if it was muted once already.
(pictures attached for visual explanation).
in this picture, you can see I have muted a total of 37 trucks complaining about the same issue.

in those pictures you can see the number of trucks complaining stays the same, however, one after the other the alerts are removed from the muted section (lowest entry) and brought to the top (topmost entry) giving a ping every time one of the trucks complain - which is basically every 2-3 seconds. with 37 trucks doing that, I get a constant bombardment of alerts I considered muted.
