adding an exception to buildings to not be flipped will probably end up with people complaining that some building can't be flipped in the future. It's safer to allow this sign to be flipped and stay consistent even if a flipped sign is rarely needed

issue: sign is backwards when flipped. Fix: Sign will not be backwards when flipped

Why cant the fix be dont flip the sign?

I kind of like the flipped sign, some people might want that version too
