UI: Productivity Popup too small for Tooltips

See pics. I saw it with ore sorter and assemblies.
String "Missing input products" is too long. (Setting "Large text".)
Expected: Mouseover tooltips do not get cut off, but fully fit in the popup.

Or maybe just let them not be clipped by the bounds of th popup 🤔.
Just have them always be parented to the root directly, so they apear over everything-else 🤔.
