I ran out of maintenance and then power at the same time. I fixed the problems and restored power and maintenance, but noticed my stacker towers are still not working. They say they have low power, and are broken down.
I'm guessing they aren't receiving power because they are broken down, and they aren't receiving maintenance because they have no power, thus getting stuck.
I can fix it by using unity to quick repair the towers, which then receive power and resume working as normal.
