Scenario: Exacavator gets stuck (and does not get unstuck) due to say a material fall - this generates no warning and it just sits there. When it needs refueling a fuel truck may navigate nearby trying to reach and refuel the excavator but never reach it, causing the fuel truck to also become effectively permanently stuck until the situation is cleared (e.g., the excavator is recovered). There needs to be some alerts to handle this situation - either stuck excavator (for a long enough period of time) and/or fuel truck stuck waiting for an excavator it cannot reach.
