Solar panels show wrong values in power statistics

When you load this save, you will notice that the amount of power in the power statistics graph for mono solar panels is greater than in the top producers tab. It's actually greater than the maximum possible panel output. See the two images, one shows current production of 254MW from mono panels, the other shows they cant produce over 213MW. This makes the trends from the panels really hard to predict as some months can average 30% over the maximum panel output and some entire years can too.

these bumps just randomly happen after sitting for a while. Here I got 293MW when the panels only produce 213. it's the same save.

I figured it out, the bumps are exactly the same as my power demand but inverted. When my power demand is higher, the solar panels show lower production. What's going on here? (i flipped the power demand graph for this comparison)

the original (these are two images merged together, they are not the same graph)

again, what's interesting is that the graph for the mono panels is like 150% of the maximum output of them all added together, and the numbers in the statistics do not line up
